CONTRACT FOR AMC SERVICE / PER CALL SERVICE

With due respect this is to inform to all the Miracle Software Users that Company has launched AMC ( Annual Maintenance Contract ) / Per Call Service for all users to avail fast & reliable service. Free service is available only for those customers who are still under free service period (One year from the date of invoice).


Procedure of Getting Service under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

First of all, any query will be solved on phone if it’s not solved on phone customer has to give online. Customer has to give us online in software we suggest them. For smooth working internet connectivity must be fast and continuous.
If any query not solved on phone or email, customer has to send their backup by mail or in hard copy like CD or pen drive to our office.


Terms & Condition for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

  1. Customer has to take One AMC for One Customer ID.
  2. AMC will be for one year from the date of Payment received for AMC.
  3. Service will be given by Phone or Online under AMC. No onsite service will be given.
  4. Telephonic service will be given priority under AMC. Online service will be given if not solved over phone.
  5. Online service will be given one hour in one day and total twelve times in year.
  6. AMC will apply on Miracle version 9.0 and above.

Procedure of Getting under Per Call Service

  1. Minimum charges is Rs. 250/-.
  2. Other charges will be decided as per service required.
  3. Service will be given after receipt of payment only.
  4. The service can be found only during working days and during working hours.
  5. Service will be given within one hour after receipt of payment.
  6. Payment accepted by Neft / Online / Paytm.

Terms & Condition for Per Call Service

  1. Local onsite service will be charge Rs. 250/- per hour.
  2. If query not solved online than customer has to send data by mail.
  3. Query will be solved within 4 to 24 hours, in unavoidable circumstances it may vary.
  4. Service will be given during office working hours & days.
  5. Telephonic / Online / Onsite service will not be available in some natural disaster or technical problems.
  6. Customer has to cooperate and behave gently with our staff.
